A loan signing is a scheduled appointment for a real estate or consumer loan package. We identify each signer, complete the notarial acts printed on the documents, and keep the appointment moving so the package can be returned.
We do not explain loan terms, give legal or financial advice, or choose which papers you should sign. Bring valid ID for every signer named on the package.
