Core notarial act

Witnessing or Attesting a Signature

Signed in front of the notary, properly identified.

Witnessing or attesting a signature requires the individual to personally appear, be properly identified, and sign the record directly in the notary's presence.

The notary confirms identity and observes the signing, then completes the certificate. This act is used when a document calls for a notary to witness the signature itself.

Serving Franklin Park, Wexford, Marshall Township, and Cranberry Township. Contact to book.
